Do I need prior programming experience to join Coding Foundations?

No prior experience is required for the Coding Foundations course. It's designed for people who are new to programming and want to build confidence step by step. If you can navigate a web browser, you have enough to begin.

How much time should I set aside each week?

Most learners find eight to ten hours per week is enough to follow the material comfortably. This includes readings, exercises, and mentor sessions. The courses are built for people who have other commitments alongside their studies.

Can I take the courses in any order?

The three courses are designed to follow one another. Data Handling & Modelling assumes familiarity with Python, and AI Systems & Deployment builds on modelling knowledge. If you already have relevant experience you're welcome to start at Level 02 or Level 03 — we can discuss your background during enrolment.

What does the mentor support involve?

Each course includes scheduled check-ins — typically once or twice per week — where you can ask questions, get feedback on your exercises, and discuss the material. Mentors also review submitted projects and provide written comments to help you understand what to adjust.

What do I need in terms of hardware or software?

A modern laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection is all you need. All course tools are browser-based or freely downloadable. We'll provide a setup guide before your first session so everything is in place when you begin.

How are payments handled and what is the refund policy?

Course fees are paid in Thai Baht (฿) before the start date. We accept bank transfer and major payment platforms. If you need to withdraw before the course begins, please contact us and we'll review your situation. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
