These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Siam Neural website and your enrolment in any course offered by Siam Neural. By visiting the site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Siam Neural
Siam Neural is an online school for AI development, based at 47 Sathon Tai Road, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. We offer structured, mentor-supported courses in coding, data handling, and AI systems deployment.
2. Eligibility
Our courses are open to individuals aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion where eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Enrolment and Payment
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the selected course.
- Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all course materials and scheduled mentor sessions.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers. Siam Neural does not store payment card details.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 24 hours.
4. Course Access and Delivery
- Course content is delivered online. Access details will be provided following confirmed enrolment.
- Courses are structured over a fixed number of weeks (8, 10, or 12 weeks depending on the course). Weekly schedules and mentor session availability are communicated at enrolment.
- You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and the required software environment to participate.
- Siam Neural reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to course content, scheduling, or mentor assignments where necessary, with advance notice to learners where practical.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation before course start: A full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled course start date.
- Cancellation within 7 days of start: A 50% refund will be provided if you cancel between 1 and 6 days before the start date.
- After course commencement: Refunds are not available once a course has begun, except in exceptional circumstances at Siam Neural's sole discretion.

6. Learner Conduct
Learners are expected to engage with course material and mentor sessions respectfully and in good faith. Siam Neural reserves the right to remove a learner from a course without refund where conduct is found to be disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
Course materials, exercises, and feedback provided by mentors are for your personal learning use and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, including written material, exercises, code examples, and recorded sessions, remains the intellectual property of Siam Neural unless otherwise stated. Learners may use course materials for their own learning and professional development but may not reproduce or distribute them commercially.
Project work completed by learners during a course remains the property of the learner, subject to any third-party licences applicable to libraries or datasets used.
8. Certificates
A digital completion certificate will be issued to learners who complete all core requirements of a course. Certificates reflect course participation and completion; they are not academic qualifications or professional licences. Siam Neural makes no representation regarding how third parties may regard or treat these certificates.
9. Limitation of Liability
Siam Neural will make reasonable efforts to deliver courses as described. However, we do not warrant that the content will be error-free or suitable for every individual purpose. To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from course enrolment is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of course materials or participation in courses.
10. Website Use
You may use the Siam Neural website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or interfere with the website or its underlying systems. Siam Neural reserves the right to restrict access to the website at any time without notice.
11. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to external resources. These are provided for convenience only. Siam Neural is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of linked third-party sites.
12. Privacy
Your use of the website and enrolment in courses is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your enrolment with Siam Neural shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
Siam Neural may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify enrolled learners by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the site or course after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
